    Very friendly staff, top service, big choice of breakfast, we were very satisfied on the whole.

    We imagined the sea view from the room to be a bit more after looking at the pictures. Since almost all rooms have "sea view", I would not choose again the somewhat more expensive room category "with sea view".

    Location close enough to a big beautiful mall and the Kuta beach. Also, near beaches. Brand-new and lovely modern rooms with balcony, and very good services.

    Great bedding,beautiful bathroom,dreamlike entrance hall with balinese dance to welcome you.

    Music from the boxes at breakfast, room too dark and too cramped for breakfast. Too small pool.

    The location is very central, on the opposite side of the street is the beach, adjoining is the Beachwalk Mall. The pool is on the second floor overlooking the sea and a nice spot to enjoy the sunset. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's nothing wrong with the price, but you shouldn't have exaggerated expectations regarding the 5 stars.

    The hotel is showing its age, with bathroom fixtures that could use an update!!! The smell in the hallways can become unbearable, especially during peak hours. A clearer communication regarding meal inclusions is crucial!!!

    Rooms very nice and complete complex very clean and maintained. Great location, you're right in the middle of the action.

    Pool much too small and only 1.20 m deep. Beach very dirty

    I love the staff there! They really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole stay. I really liked the fact that the hotel was easily accesible from either side (beach/poppies) even the security was extra friendly. The complimentary drinks at the poolside came as a surprise to me and my fiance and the poolside staff was so friendly and chatty that she really made us feel very welcome.

    I got a little lost getting from room to reception area and had to ask a few times what the shortest route to reception. There are a few ways there apparently. Maybe you could add a few signs starting from the lift lobby's on how to reach reception area. Signage was lacking and we had to trial and error our way around.

    The staff was very courteous & friendly. The view from the room was excellent, as was the location.

    We recommend it. Perfect accommodation, the breakfast was enjoyable, incredible location in a great location next to all the local shopping centres. Reasonably good staff with reliable service and fair prices, rooms were brand-new. We greatly enjoyed the dining area.

    The ocean-view room was fantastic, spacious, and clean. Loved the separate bathtub. The staff amazed me with their attention to detail. They remembered my name and always greeted me warmly. Breakfast choices were vast and delectable, with fresh juices and an extensive buffet spread. The pool area was comfortable, though a bit crowded at times. Evenings on the rooftop at Bene Italian Kitchen were lovely, especially the tiramisu and sunset views. There were issues with the plumbing. One morning, we had no water due to maintenance, which wasn't communicated well. The hallways had an occasional sewage smell, and the tap water tasted salty. Still, the location next to the beach and the mall was perfect were nice.

    Decor, just opened, room never slept in before, location unbeatable for those hankering for beachside accommodation next to shopping area

    Due to being new processes such as check-in/check-out were not as well-oiled, key facilities such as spa/sauna were not completed, some staff did not know much about the hotel or surrounding areas, hotel layout too open and had to take long way around to go from lobby to room
